Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a consultation or session, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations
Please inform us of cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment. Policies for prepaid packages are shared in writing at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Any refunds for unused sessions are handled according to the written terms of your treatment plan and applicable consumer-protection law.
